Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office per week). Contract type: Maternity cover (approx.

Aside from our experience in advertising, employer branding, employee referrals, headhunting and event management, we continuously look for ways to improve how we work together as a team.We are valued amongst all our senior stakeholders, and we are viewed as one of the critical components to the overall success of our organisation.In order to achieve all of the above, we maintain strong communication skills, solid attention to detail and remain reliable and supportive to each other as a team.Your responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment life cycle for key business units across the firm to include:
Proactively attracting and headhunting candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: career websites, LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding campaigns.Promoting the employee referral scheme with a view to increasing the number of hires from this sourceDeveloping a good understanding of professional services, specifically the roles and business units assignedBuilding and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients / hiring partners as well as candidatesShort-listing applications, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates, clients and recruitment agenciesDecrease cost per hire and time to hire metrics whilst maintaining a high quality of hirePreparing and negotiating job offersProviding quarterly stats to our hiring managers.When required, assisting with presentations to the wider HR department.Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure they are engaged throughoutYour team:The KPMG Resourcing Team forms part of the Human Resources department and consists of 18 people currently who are responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activity including; experienced hiring, campus recruitment and global opportunities.
