Experienced Night Supervisor Clayton Hotel Burlington Road We have a fantastic new vacancy for an Experienced Nights Supervisor in the excellent Clayton Hotel Burlington Road.
Located 30 minutes from Dublin International Airport and a 15-minute walk from St Stephens Green, our iconic Conference hotel caters for up to 1200 delegates with 20 supporting meeting rooms and 502 guest bedrooms.
Objective of the Role To work closely alongside and support our Night Manager with a focus onhotel and guest security, operational duties as well as maintaining the agreed standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
About the Role: As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Hotel operations during the night shift which runs from 11 pm to 7am.
You will be responsible for all tasks and duties during nights, ensuring that all tasks are complete to the highest standards.
The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisorcan involve; Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service Guest relations Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g.
first aid Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests Supervising the Nights Team Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
The ideal candidate should have the following: Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential At least 2 years experience working within a customer / guest facing position Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
