The Role:

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a warm desk within the Accounting & Finance sector, managing both client relationships and the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to source top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Accounting & Finance sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across various finance roles. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks. Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking. Negotiate offers and terms with clients and candidates, ensuring a successful placement for all parties. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, intelligence, and energy in all your professional activities. What We're Looking For: Integrity, intelligence, and energy are essential character traits. A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field. Proven track record of achieving targets. Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
