Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Agile methodologies in software development teams.

The role will be Dublin-based and will be a mix of working from home, working at our offices in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, and working on customer sites as required.

We are seeking a passionate, motivated self-starter with previous Scrum Master experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
Coach the Data Engineering team in self-organization and cross-functionalityHelp the Data Engineering team achieve their goals by removing any impedimentsEnsure the team is following the Agile methodology and frameworkCollaborate with Product and Project Owners to create and prioritize a backlog of workMonitor the team's progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders, both internally in Clear Strategy, and externally within customer sitesContinuously improve the team's Agile practices and processFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Work closely with senior management and project managers to ensure alignment across teams
You:
Native or very strong English. 
Comfortable with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make measured decisions 
Successful track record in agile project deliveryExcellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and challenge the status quoYou are calm & poised under pressure with a positive "Can-do" attitude You have excellent attention to detail, careful not to miss small piecesYou are committed to maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and confidentialityYou are very structured, dependable, and reliable: you are thorough, you can keep deadlines, and you are very well organized (nothing falls through the cracks, but you are also able to adapt to last-minute or unexpected changes/requirements)
You are comfortable leading organization-wide change processes and culture initiatives from design to execution
You are flexible and like to be in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, where you problem-solve, are proactive, responsive, and think beyond the task at hand
Your Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Solid understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
Strong leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferredPrior experience supporting and working in a Tech environment is preferred, particularly in support of data engineers, data architects and data scientists.
