Discover your exciting role The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for supporting the construction progress evaluation and change management process for various complex projects.
Will support the quantitative development of material, labor, and subcontract take-offs, as well as the coordination of information among Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and project teams.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities Manage/monitor all commercial aspects of projects.
Responsible for cost controlling including tracking and agreeing change.
Manage and produce/take off Bill of Quants (BoQ) Pricing and assessment of variations and contract entitlement Negotiation Subcontract administration.
Liaising with all parties from initial enquiries through to final accounts.
Identify areas of risk/scope and develop with the project team.
Review proposals with Designers.
Procurement of subcontract packages.
Show your expertise Data Centre experience would be highly advantageous Previous Electrical Experience and Knowledge.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
