Excellent Benefits & Excellent Package Available CANDIDATE PROFILE 1-2 years' supervisory experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holiday periods, evening/late shifts.
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline team members to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Actively participate and contribute in Marketing and Promotional activities The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize, nurture and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new guests to ultimately increase loyalty Communicate with team members and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend operational meetings as required to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed Create and nurture a 'Great Place to Work' for all.
