Facade Manager – Dublin Large international Main Contractors turning over 400m+ annually Excellent package and scope for career progression Prestigious Projects Facade Manager with recent experience in the (Irish/UK/EU market) to join a market leading international main contractor based in the Dublin area.

This tier one organisation has grown into a diversified firm working with a number of prestigious clients within key sectors including Building, Civil Engineering, Demolition, Land Remediation/Restoration, Sports & Leisure (Stadiums) & Rail. As the Facade Manager, you will be part of the team managing the successful delivery of large projects within Ireland, the UK, or Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules that allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress, and implement actions to achieve targeted performance. Identify the quality expectations and embrace these in the Quality Plan. Implement measures to ensure compliance with customer requirements and project business plan. Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and Safety. Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project/scheme effectively and efficiently in a professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints. Identify and communicate to the team the requirements and put measures in place to ensure the successful handover of the project, including support to customer/end user throughout the handover process. Establish a communications plan including information management procedures for the project and agree accountabilities for team members. Necessary Requirements: 4+ years Construction Manager / Project Manager experience Strong experience in managing the implementation of a facades package e.g. Glazing, Curtain Walling, Cladding, Louvres, Pre-Cast etc. Prior experience in façade specialist sub-contractor would be an advantage Read and interpret CAD drawings Experience managing multicultural teams Excellent quality management experience Excellent health and safety focus, method statements, Rams etc. MS Project experience preferred, not essential This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, highly motivated individual, within a dynamic, ambitious and market-leading company.
