Facilities Lead

Our client, a well-recognised service within the Intellectual Disability Sector, is currently recruiting for a Facilities Lead to cover a Maternity Leave contract within their services in South Dublin/Bray area.
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:
A recognised qualification in Facilities to include Housing/Tenancy Legislation (desirable)Project Management ExperienceExperience and demonstration of effectively working with social landlords, statutory and voluntary agencies, building and maintaining excellent relationships with them.The role will involve responsibilities around:
