Facilities Manager - Westmeath

Our client, a leading provider of high-quality, cost-effective service and maintenance solutions, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Department Manager to oversee and grow their service division.
In this key role, you will manage all aspects of the service and maintenance department.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service/maintenance/facilities contract management, along with the ambition and skills to lead and grow the department.
Role and Responsibilities: * Logging service calls in our proprietary system.
* Assigning work orders to plumbers, electricians and other technicians.
* Collecting completed paperwork and processing invoices.
* Building and expanding the customer base.
* Overseeing weekly departmental meetings.
* Producing status reports for senior management.
* Blending office work with client site visits.
