Key Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of building assets, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
Health & Safety Leadership Develop and execute preventive and reactive maintenance plans with safety as a priority.
What They're Looking For Significant experience in building and asset management with a focus on hard services and health & safety.
Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and facilities operations, combined with a deep understanding of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
Relevant certifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
