What you'll do: Oversee the condition of assets, infrastructure, and the built environment.Ensure all planned maintenance is set up in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Collaborate with Helpdesk and CMMS planner to optimise service delivery.Conduct formal documented meetings with subcontractors to review performance.Ensure the operational compliance of the maintenance team, allocating corrective and reactive tasks with the Helpdesk Team.Keep Risk Assessments & Method Statements up to date and ensure staff training.Generate quotations and purchase orders for planned and reactive work, maintaining a cost tracker.Act as the Point of Contact for the client for all BFM activities in your buildings.Promote and develop a positive health and safety environment onsite.Manage and report on site safety metrics and perform safety walks with team members.Generate permits, oversee workmanship from staff and subcontractors, and prepare weekly/monthly dashboard reports.Maintain training records and prepare annual training requirement reports.Assist in responding to audit recommendations and continuously review operations to remove non-value-added activities.Organise monthly staff meetings, capturing minutes and actions.Conduct annual personal performance reviews, ensuring staff have SMART goals.Participate in an on-call rota, which may require occasional (paid) attendance outside of regular hours.What you bring: Engineering / Facilities Qualification to level 7 or above.3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational skills and high sense of responsibility.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of prioritising work.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to empower, motivate, and collaborate with others.Demonstrated initiative and customer service skills.What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
