Position DescriptionESB Facilities Management as part of Enterprise Services manage and maintain in excess of 90 properties in the ESB Property portfolio. They have responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of services, ensuring that the ESB Group can deliver its business in well maintained safe and sustainable work environments.
A vacancy exists in one of these locations, based in Dublin Airport Central (DAC), which is occupied by Engineering and Major Projects. There are approximately 450 staff based in DAC and due to the nature of the business there are a large number of external and high-profile visitors to this location. Facilities Management is responsible for providing a range of services, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, reception and various administrative duties, providing an essential support service to both Management and staff.
This role is key to supporting the duties provided by Facilities Management covering day-to-day activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration Duties.SRM Shopper, PO preparation and processing supplier invoices.Manage and maintain Stationery supplies.Issuing PPE and monitoring stock in line with business needs via the ESB Power App.Responsibility for Customs and Freight documentation and invoicing.Record and monitor all safety issues.Support the Facilities Management Team in the upkeep of storage areas.Experience and QualificationsCapable of working as part of a flexible team.Background in an Administration role.Good IT Skills including MS Office.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Rotation of duties within the Facilities Management Team may be a feature of this role.2-3 years' experience in an Administration role.Experience in using SRM, however full training will be given to the successful Candidate.LocationThis position will be based at One Dublin Airport Central.
