Maintenance Technician Role Overview Purpose:Support facilities management and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:Perform mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance tasks.Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.Troubleshoot and repair issues to maximize uptime.Service electrical, mechanical, and other equipment.Respond to technical and non-technical queries.Assist with installations and maintain records.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards.Maintain tidy work areas and provide out-of-hours cover as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Relevant engineering diploma or senior trades certification in electrical/plumbing.At least 3 years of experience in facilities or utilities maintenance.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work flexibly.Basic computer skills.Team player with excellent initiative.Attention to detail and ability to handle physical demands.Strong organizational and time management skills.Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday 39 hours per week, shift worker.
