Factory Technician

Job Requirements: Need to be able to read and write English; oral English is preferred.Familiar with the concept of lean production; proficiency in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), LOB (Line of Balance), and other tools is preferred.Responsibilities: Optimize production site guidance documents to achieve standardized management of work methods.Improve production site process management level to ensure smooth production flow.Continuous improvement of the production process, enhancing production site processes to increase productivity.Improve production plan achievement rate and first-pass yield, thereby enhancing the production department's OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Conduct new product trial production, acceptance of new molds, and trial production, ensuring proper documentation and timely feedback on issues.Assist team management personnel with daily management tasks, such as employee self-inspection, 5S, process discipline checks, and handling production anomalies.Assist in the management of equipment and molds to improve equipment utilization rates and ensure preventive maintenance of molds.Collaborate with other departments, such as quality and technology, in handling quality anomalies and trial production of new processes.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
