FAMI currently manages approximately €42 billion worth of assets with over 160 sub funds. FAMI is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
Scope and ActivitiesThe Company is seeking an ESG Risk Manager within the Risk Management team. Based in Dublin, this is an exceptional job opportunity with a top-tier asset management company working closely with the business. The role is a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the ESG control framework for all funds managed by the Company.Support ESG policy updates.Validate the ESG risk reports and monitor the results against the risk limit framework.Address any data quality issues with the relevant service providers and with IT.Discuss the problematic situations and define action plans with the investment managers and with senior management, as needed.Produce regular reports for senior management.Support the financial risk monitoring process.Contribute to the improvement of the risk management processes, systems and documentation.Improve the automation of tasks and processes.Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in risk management.ESG risk experience is a must.Quantitative or Finance oriented degree; FRM or PRM qualifications will be considered preferential.Good Excel and SQL skills; experience with ESG analytics providers (e.g., MSCI ESG Metrics, Sustainalytics) is a must, experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg) and experience with risk software (e.g., Aladdin) will be considered preferential.Languages: English is essential, Italian is an advantage.Skills:
