This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a progressive and professional organisation.Location Based: North Dublin, Louth, and Meath AreaSalary Scale: €40,452 – €57,438Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial Child Protection and Welfare assessments on behalf of Tusla using the Signs of Safety (SOS) framework.Engage with children and families, offering tailored support and interventions.Contribute to therapeutic and supportive services aimed at improving family outcomes.Evaluate outcomes using established mechanisms and maintain accurate records using file-keeping software (e.g., Salesforce).Requirements:Education: Degree in Social Work, Social Care, or a related discipline.Experience: Minimum of two years working with children and families.Skills:Knowledge or experience with the Signs of Safety (SOS) model (training provided).Experience in evaluating outcomes and using file-keeping software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.Driving Licence: A full valid driving licence is required.
