What You Will Do: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring top-notch care and support for both our clients and our Carers.
Your role will involve:Conducting Individual Needs Assessments and risk assessments.
Introducing Carers to new service users.
Ensuring all visits are covered and providing on-call support on a rotating schedule.
Identifying and arranging cover for carer absences.
Providing, supervision, and mentorship.
Keeping all reports and administrative tasks up to date.
You will gain more responsibility as the role progresses.

What You Need:Experience: Minimum of 2 years in professional care work.
Qualifications: Full Fetac Level 5 in healthcare.
Preferably with QQI level 6 in Supervisory Management.
Transport: Access to your own vehicle and a clean driving license is essential.
Availability: Ability to work on-call, covering alternate weekends.
Clearance: Completion of a new Garda vetting application.
References: Two previous employer references.
Skills: Strong written and spoken English, good IT skills, and the legal right to work in Ireland.
