Role Overview:
You will join us at an incredibly exciting phase in the Flipdish growth story. The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge in a hyper-fast-paced environment. You should have a passion for building and developing business relationships and be willing to take on new challenges and input to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities Include: Generate pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting, research, and outreach online, through social media channels, and walk-ins.Methodically prospect, negotiate with, and close new sales opportunities within your territory - this role requires substantial time on the road meeting with clients (mainly Brazilian), driving licence recommended.Identify and understand customer pain points to propose Flipdish solutions and own the full sales cycle, from business case development to close, including commercial negotiations.Run product demos and sales presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of Flipdish's suite of products.Communicate the unique value proposition of our products and address any concerns or objections prospects may have.Own and grow an existing book of business.Be part of a small, close-knit, high-performing team closing a large number of opportunities each month.Liaise with our Product team and Marketing team to stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.Manage pipeline data in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.Qualifications: An impeccable communicator: you are comfortable talking to people in English and Brazilian Portuguese dialect and excel in maintaining strong relationships especially within the Brazilian community in Ireland.Very familiar with the restaurant industry: having worked in restaurants or having sold to restaurants in the past.Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging PR content. Proficiency in client and campaign management.Passionate for sales: You need to be a sales pro to succeed in this role (we're looking for 2+ years of sales experience). You need to possess an avid interest in learning and be open to growing.A negotiator at heart: A prospect wants to negotiate the terms before signing a contract? No problem, you've got what it takes to find middle ground with the prospect and get them to the finish line.
