At PhoneWatch, we are expanding our direct sales department, and our field sales management team is fundamental to delivering the level of resource required to fulfill the company's growth.
You will be responsible for your own office and the management of your sales team with support from our senior management team.

Full training and ongoing coaching and development will be provided by our award-winning Sales Training Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:Developing and delivering training & coaching to your sales team and supporting them in achieving excellent performance in their roleDrive overall sales quality improvements within Direct Sales by setting the benchmark in your daily sales training and providing leadershipMotivating & leading your field sales teamSetting goals, targets, and incentives for the sales teamsBeing a brand ambassador for PhoneWatchWorking alongside the recruitment team to hire top talent into your teamMinimum Requirements:Coaching, managing, or leadership experienceMust be comfortable in a high volume fast-paced, high-pressure environmentA strong work ethic with a focus on career developmentPrevious sales or customer-facing experienceWe offer exciting career opportunities in a company with an ambitious growth strategy and fantastic colleagues.
