Sales Representative Location: Dublin, Ireland (Field sales visits around Ireland Monday to Friday) Salary: €60,000 base + €25,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing company that provides innovative technology solutions to the retail sector.
They are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join their team and help grow their market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Build and grow new accounts across the retail sector.
Manage and deliver sales within a designated geographic territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail owners and managers, helping them understand the benefits of the product.
Plan, prospect, forecast, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
Stay informed about market trends and technology to provide insights and value to clients.
Key Requirements: Proven experience of selling a new product/service of high value.
Experience growing out new accounts/cold business.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling to the Retail sector (Grocery, Hardware, Pharmacies).
Strong ability to manage a territory independently - planning, prospecting, and closing sales.
Experience in building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers at various levels.
Technology knowledge or experience is an advantage but not essential; training on the product will be provided.
Experience selling to large buying groups or multiples is a bonus.
