Our client is seeking a Field Sales Team Lead to manage, inspire, and grow a team of up to 10 Residential Field Sales Representatives in Dublin City and County area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to take charge, drive sales, and make a real impact.
Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of residential Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets * Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and ensure alignment with sales strategies * Oversee day-to-day operations and performance within the field, setting individual and team goals * Monitor progress, analyze results, and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction * Foster a positive and goal-oriented team culture, promoting collaboration and personal growth You!
