We are looking for a super talented door to door residential Field Sales Team leader to work on behalf of one of the world's leading telecoms providers in a brand-new role.
We're excited about this opportunity and want you to be a part of it!
Great opportunity to work on behalf of one of the world's leading mobile broadband providers.
Salary €36K basic salary, £46,800 OTE, company vehicle or car allowance.
A drivers licence is essential to do this role.
Fully uncapped earning potential.
Ideal Location: Dublin and wider territory, this is a field based role and you will be on the road.
You will actively contribute to the success of the Field Sales Team by driving sales performance across the team, mentoring field sales representatives, and continuing to excel in your own territory.
You'll thrive on meeting targets while also bringing a passion for coaching and training, with a strong track record of supporting others to achieve their sales goals.

As a Field Sales Team Leader, you'll be: · Organising your team's work patterns and areas of work.
· Setting daily targets and motivating your team to succeed.
· Responsible for coaching and performance management to drive quality and develop a highly motivated team of Field Sales Reps to meet sales and key performance targets.
· Using daily management information to drive increased conversions and drive performance to increase sales.
You could be the VERY person we're looking for, if you're: · Motivated and want to exceed in sales and support others to do the same.
· Excited by the opportunity to launch a fantastic new product, in your area.
· Confident in managing a direct team but also rolling up your sleeves to support with both consumer engagement and door to door sales activities.
· Experienced in driving daily sales performance.
This is a permanent full-time role (35 working hours per week), Monday – Friday 12pm-8pm Benefits What's in it for you?
