Field Sales Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced Field Team Sales Manager to work on behalf of one of the world's leading telecoms providers in a brand-new role.
We're excited about this opportunity and want you to be a part of it!
You will oversee recruitment, training and be responsible for full delivery of sales targets for the client.
Salary €55k + bonus, €63,250 OTE, company vehicle or car allowance.
A drivers licence is essential to do this role.
Ideal Location: Cork and wider area, this is a field based role and you will be on the road.
You will be managing a growing team of field sales representatives, with full responsibility for planning and delivery of all sales, reporting, insights and operational activity across the team.
You will work with key client stakeholders to support the delivery of sales targets and KPIs in the field team and add value to reporting through insights and field delivery.

As a Field Team Sales Manager, you'll be: · Managing a growing field team, · Overseeing recruitment, training and compliance across the team · Managing and delivering core client and company KPIs to ensure the success and sustainability of the team, including 100% sales targets, quality & compliance and reporting.
· Maintaining and developing client relationships, including regular meeting to review performance of the operation, both financially and against KPIs agreed.
· Leading by example through consistently excellent behaviours that support an environment of professionalism and commitment to serving our client to the highest standards.
· Assisting the business by participating in other group projects.
· Supporting new ways of working Undertake to learn new ways of working to support evolving company needs and client expectations.
You could be the VERY person we're looking for, if you've: · Two to five years' experience leading successful door-2-door field teams.
· Experience providing coaching and development support to a field team.
· Excellent client management skills.
· Good financial acumen with the ability to prepare and control budgets.
· Got strong IT skills, comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook, and preparing presentations on Word and PowerPoint.
