Field Service Coffee Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines at various client sites across Dublin.
Conduct regular service visits to ensure equipment is operating optimally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing prompt solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service team.
Manage parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Participate in a call-out rota and be available for overtime as required.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Full, clean driving license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
