As part of our continued growth & expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:Multi-Vendor Hardware Maintenance Support (PCs, Laptops, Printers and peripherals)Microsoft OS Support and troubleshootingNetwork troubleshooting at hardware levelRefurbishing, testing, imaging and troubleshooting of PCs. Installation of operating systemsInstall and configuration of routers, switches and hubsExperience with practical technical service for complex systems, AV systems, IT, and/or technical support is an advantageRequirements:High personality level, excellent technical abilities, and strong troubleshooting skillsGood team player, fast learner, and creativeAbility to work on own initiative and under pressure
