Field Service Engineer

Job Title:Field Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.
Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
Support the deployment of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new systems and upgrades.
Ensure proper documentation of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IT standards.
Required Qualifications: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role or internship.
