Field Services Engineer – Longford

ICT Services is an Irish owned independent IT solutions provider operating primarily in commercial, financial and state organizations.
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Longford area.
You will be primarily covering Longford and Roscommon areas, so you will need to live locally, and a full clean driver's license is a necessity for this role.
Responsibilities:Multi-Vendor Hardware Maintenance Support (PCs, Laptops, Printers, and peripherals)Microsoft OS Support and troubleshootingPart of an on-call Rota teamNetwork troubleshooting at hardware levelRefurbishing, testing, imaging, and troubleshooting of PCs; installation of operating systemsInstall and configuration of routers, switches, and hubsExperience with practical technical service for complex systems, AV systems, IT, and/or technical support will be an advantageRequirements:High personality level, excellent technical abilities, and high troubleshooting abilitiesGood team player, fast learner, and creativeAbility to work on own initiative and under pressure
