Field Services Engineer – Sligo

ICT Services is an Irish owned independent IT solutions provider operating primarily in commercial, financial and state organizations.
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Sligo area.
You will be primarily covering the Sligo and Longford areas, so you will need to live locally, and a full clean driver's license is a necessity for this role.
Responsibilities:Support our distributed customer base across the greater Sligo Region.Multi-Vendor Hardware Maintenance Support (PCs, Laptops, Printers, and peripherals).Microsoft OS Support and troubleshooting.Part of an on-call Rota team.Network troubleshooting at the hardware level.Refurbishing, testing, imaging, and troubleshooting of PCs; installation of operating systems.Installation and configuration of routers, switches, and hubs.Experience with practical technical service for complex systems, AV systems, IT, and/or technical support will be an advantage.Requirements:High personality level, excellent technical abilities, and strong troubleshooting skills.Good team player, fast learner, and creative.Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
