Finance Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesPosting OH invoices for the Accounts Payable function.Posting expenses reports on Finance software.Posting receipts & payments on Finance software for bank reconciliations.Reconciling & circulating daily bank reconciliations.Reconciling suppliers' statements and preparing payments.Liaising with suppliers & internal operation team members on related queries on Supplier's invoices.Issuing Statement of accounts to Customers on a weekly basis and querying overdue payments.Follow up on issued Statement of accounts for payments from customers.Assisting with the month-end and year-end processes to ensure accurate reports are available for presentation.Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department as required.Physical Requirements Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
Other Skills / Abilities Skill in use of MS Office.Dependability and ability to follow instructions.Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning, and organizational skills.Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications, and satisfaction survey software.Ability to project, manage and produce executive quality reports.Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED.Certifications and Licences Professional certification may be required in some areas.
