Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant Location: Dublin Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 plus benefits Are you an ambitious finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment?
Do you have a strong attention to detail, alongside relevant bookkeeping/AR/AP experience?

Industry experience in any of the following or similar is beneficial: Facilities Management, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, Restaurants, or Hotels.
What will the role involve?
Dealing with customer queries.
Process invoices and debtors, ensuring good, timely accounts payable and receivable.
Account Management: Working closely with the Finance Business Partner to support an accurate month end close.
Creating weekly flash forecast reports with a high quality of analysis and commentary attached.
Help to build strong relationships with the General Manager to deliver financial results.
Producing accurate bookwork on time and communicating well on modifications to targets.
Ideal Skills and Experience Industry experience in any of the following is beneficial: Facilities Management, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, Restaurants, or Hotels.
Relevant Bookkeeping qualification / experience.
A Commercial mindset and the ability to drive positive change.
Intermediate Excel.
Bookkeeping and Organisational Skills.
