Description Support set up and adoption of new centralised test management processesLead change management ensuring increased engagement with Centralised TeamDrive improvements and SLAs around global testing efficacyCommunication and co-ordination with globally distributed teamsWork closely with internal organisations, project teams and partners to develop project schedules, updated processes, mitigation and deliver high quality productsImprove testing processes, environments, tools and frameworksAct as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineeringChampion Apple's dedication to providing extraordinary user experience and drive the team to work towards this shared goalUphold Apple's ethical and moral standards while working with internal and external partnersForm the team on the foundation of excellence, professional growth, inclusivity and respectMinimum Qualifications Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering/Finance or TestingA minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in related fieldsPreferred Qualifications Experience in Testing including automation with good understanding of Finance ProcessesExperience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana ImplementationsAbility to influence, and inspire change & adoption across business unitsExperience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugsBackground in setting up and leading groundbreaking process improvementsExperience in QA for highly scalable, distributed and dedicated platformsExperience in functional & performance testingFamiliar with metrics reporting and KPI focusExtremely detail oriented, committed to the highest quality of deliverablesExperience in presenting executive level briefs for business reviews, project updates and risk mitigationsAbility to communicate effectively with peers, senior leadership and globally dispersed partnersDeep inquisitive mind and ability to bring in change
