Finance Business Partner / Accountant (12 Month FTC) Reed has a great opportunity to join a busy and fast paced organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract - there is a strong possibility of permanent for the right person.

Great benefits on offer (to be discussed with recruiter) Must be strong communicator as presentations on financial information will be delivered to HODs periodically Must have very strong Excel skills Duties in the role: Supporting the Divisional Financial Controller in performing FP&A activities. Being the finance contact for all non-finance departments Being a divisional contact for all capex queries. Monitoring of divisional capex spend against budget. Controlling IT capex spend and processes. Presenting monthly CAPEX proposals to the divisional MD and FD. Tracking IT spend each month against budget. Completing IT budget and monthly / quarterly forecasting. Preparing IT accruals & analysis for month end. Preparing central IT recharges. Analysis of key/material contracts and digital recharges. Completing R&D budget & monthly / quarterly reforecasting. Preparing central R&D recharges. Monitoring R&D spend on a continuous basis. Preparing annual R&D budget. Being the finance contact for Head of Digital. Completing budgets for all digital suites. Monitoring capex spend monthly on all digital projects. Preparing digital recharges, monthly and quarterly forecasting. Preparation of month end accruals for IT and R&D. Assisting the Divisional FC in board pack presentation and ad-hoc requests.
