This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing dynamic business as a key representative for Finance. There will be huge variety to the role with significant stakeholder engagement across the business and region.
The role reports to an impressive Financial Controller who is passionate about developing people to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, possess strong technical skills and an ability to build meaningful relationships across the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Lead the Finance function by acting as a Business Partner and supporting the Senior Management Team by providing key business insights, challenges and trends in order to improve the business in all areas of performance.Coordinate the budget & forecast capabilities.Provide financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting as required by the business.Assess business proposals on an ad hoc basis as required and present recommendations to Senior Management Team to enable effective decision making.Be a key player in the global Finance strategy with active involvement in process improvement initiatives across the entire function.ABOUT THE PERSON: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) with at least 5+ years Finance experience in a similar role;Strong business partnering skills with experience in driving change and process improvementsProven experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysisExcellent technical skills;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player;Ambitious, self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative;Desire to work in a collaborative environment.Please get in touch with Marissa Maher in Barden (******) or Caroline Frawley (******) for more information.
