Job Description Providing financial insight and strategic guidance to the Accounting & Finance team.Assisting with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.Analysing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Preparing the Company's monthly trading reviews and board reports and presenting meaningful results to the Group CEO/CFO.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Collaborating with other departments to drive financial performance.Identifying areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their financial skills.Ensuring a robust financial control environment.Providing proactive and meaningful financial analysis, input and advice to the Managing Director, management team and Group CFO on both operational issues and commercial decision-making, including completion and/or commercial review of pricing policy, all investment opportunities, acquisitions, business cases and capex requirements, and the subsequent tracking of costs and benefits.The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or other relevant qualifications.Broad financial management background in a business-to-business multi-site (or similar) service organisation.Maintains and demonstrates financial awareness through current knowledge imparting an appreciation of the financial consequences flowing from commercial decisions, internal policy changes and other external factors.Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Proven experience in a leadership role within the finance industry.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from €58,500 to €75,000 per year.A comprehensive benefits package.An inclusive, supportive company culture that values employee development.Opportunities for career progression within the business services industry.Onsite role.The chance to work in a vibrant, international work environment.We encourage all qualified candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued success and growth as a Finance Business Partner.
