Job title: Finance Business Partner Location: Dublin or Isle of Man Overview of the role: We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our busy and dynamic Pokerstars cost control finance team. You will be a key member of the Pokerstars cost control team with full oversight of the Pokerstars corporate cost base.

You will liaise with colleagues across functions and brands to understand and challenge key P&L drivers, and during budgeting and forecasting cycles you will be expected to drive timeliness and accuracy of forecast uploads.

Reporting to the Senior Business Partner for Pokerstars Costs Control, you will enhance internal reporting capabilities by building ad-hoc reports/models and perform ad-hoc analysis on the business such as sensitivities, scenario modelling, and cashflow analysis.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Our recently renovated Dublin office is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It hosts 2 cafes, a games room, gym and an abundance of meeting rooms catered for groups of all sizes. What you'll do: As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for assisting with the following in respect of the PokerStars division:

Accountable for forecasting and long-term strategic planning process of a complex and dynamic business for all areas of the Corporate Pokerstars P&L. Responsible for providing informative and forward-looking performance reporting packs collaborating closely with regional finance teams and senior commercial stakeholders on key deliverables and understanding drivers. Ability and confidence to offer practical commercial advice to business stakeholders by suggesting cost efficiencies to meet targets. Cultivate close working relationships with the other Finance team members. Drive consistency and timeliness in consolidated forecasting and planning cycles. Scenario analysis through consideration of risks and opportunities facing the division. Drive efficiencies in processes, automating and innovating where possible. Enterprise any ad hoc cost detailed reviews to an accurate and timely manner. What you'll bring: Financial Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Excellent analytical and review skills. Excellent organisational skills and takes full ownership of tasks assigned while delivering to tight deadlines. Logical and methodical, with ability and willingness to learn and progress. Takes pride and shows passion in all deliverables assigned. A proactive individual who has a desire to contribute and improve across all areas. Results driven, must be able to work under pressure across a complex global organisation engaging with multiple stakeholders in different regions. Managing ambiguity, able to work effectively in uncertain circumstances. Interested in continuously improving processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy. Knowledge of budget and forecasting tools, advantageous but not essential. High levels of personal integrity and ethics. Inquisitive and naturally curious.
