Role: Finance Data Analyst Graduate Programme 2025         Location: Hybrid working, which will include a blend of onsite (Dublin, Molesworth Street) and remote working ( 3 days in the office & 2 days Remote) Start Date: September 2025 This role is being offered as a 3.5-year training contract     The AIB Finance Data Analyst  Graduate Programme is looking for talented, energetic, and motivated individuals who want to continue their learning with our tailored training programme, while also gaining experiences working in one of Irelands' leading Banks.
Our Finance Team   We're made up of small teams where you have the chance to expand your knowledge and be heavily involved in ongoing projects.
We view inclusion & diversity, wellbeing and ongoing learning & development as key enablers that help our business to grow and deliver AIB's strategic and financial objectives.
In addition to on-the-job training, we offer further training in collaboration with the UCD Professional Academy to help you develop the behaviours and capabilities that will accelerate your growth throughout the programme and beyond.
These include a broad range of practical data manipulation, visualisation, analytics, and machine learning skills.
Upon completion of the UCD courses you will receive the following certificates from UCD:   Professional Diploma in Data Analysis without Coding Professional Diploma in  Database Fundamentals Certificate of Completion in  Python Programming Professional Diploma in  Data Analytics: Visualisation Professional Diploma in  Data Analytics: Machine Learning    As part of the programme, you will also g ain exposure to the following:   AIB Project Methodology through involvement in numerous projects including how to draft a technical specification.
Complete a journey of SQL competence from basic queries to complex scripts.
Exp osure to work ing with Teradata (Relational Database Management System), other AIB systems and platforms and a knowledge of the development of Financial Data.
Each graduate will rotate once during the  course of the programme, depending on the business requirements, into  other areas of  Finance.
Aligned to AIB's purpose, " Empowering People to Build a Sustainable Future", you will have the opportunity to gain experience in Sustainability reporting.

Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 3.5-year contract (September 2025 – March 2029).
