The PositionShape the Future of Finance with RocheRoche is seeking a strategic and analytically-minded Finance Enterprise Partner to join our Finance & Business Operations unit. In this role, you will be at the heart of driving transformation initiatives and providing financial insights that shape business decisions across the organization. Your Role: As the Finance Enterprise Partner, you will use your financial expertise and business insights to support effective decision-making, ensure the optimal use of resources, and drive outcomes aligned with Roche's global strategy. You will work closely with business partners to provide strategic financial advice, contribute to planning processes, and optimize performance across the affiliate.
Key Responsibilities: Business Finance Partnering: Provide financial analysis, planning, and management expertise to support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Collaborate with teams to ensure the effective use of resources and find opportunities for improvement.Business Insights: Use market data and financial analytics to generate actionable insights for the business. Propose new critical metrics and tools to help the business optimize investments and make informed decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with People & Culture (P&C) and other key functions to ensure that financial operations align with Roche's goals and objectives. Actively participate in local and global projects and initiatives.Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain internal controls, and prepare returns for statutory bodies. Support the affiliate with financial guidance on business development opportunities.Operational Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.Who You Are: Education: A third-level qualification (B. Comm. or equivalent) and a qualification as an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant is preferred, or equivalent qualifications are acceptable.Experience: Significant experience in a multinational environment or from a "Big 4" background is highly advantageous. You have exposure to finance processes, internal controls, and SAP experience is beneficial.Skills: You are recognized for your strategic agility, decision-making skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Your communication, intuition for business, and influencing skills make you a trusted partner within the organization.Why Roche?
