Finance Executive

My clients, a leading marketing agency, are looking to hire a Finance Executive for their Dublin Office. A hybrid working model with flexible working hours is available. The main responsibility of the role is to help with the day-to-day entry of the finance function.
Roles and Responsibilities:Accounts payable, invoice entry onto Maconony, suppliers reconciliations and weekly payment runs.Account Receivable, invoice submission to client, monthly statements, chasing debtors for payment dates and assisting in the resolutions of queries.Bank – daily posting of bank transactions and preparation of bank reconciliation.Visa - posting of the Visa expenses.Petty Cash – posting of petty cash monthly transactions.Payroll – initial entry of monthly payroll and submissions of payroll payment file to the bank.VAT – preparation of the draft VAT return for review with the senior team.Assist the senior team in the preparation of audit work, budget preparation and reforecasts.Perform admin tasks: ordering stationary, coffee and kitchen suppliers, filing and answering phone, and various ad-hoc tasks as required.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience in a similar role is essential.Part qualified/fully qualified accountant or AITI qualification is desirable.Industry experience or experience in the plc world with month-end close deadlines is desirable.Someone capable, with a great attitude.Stamp 1G/Stamp 4/European passport.For more information, please reach out today at 01 614 6182 or ******.
