Our client, a leading banking and dedicated Large Corporate Fulfilment Team, provides Payments, Receivables, Digital Channel Enablement, Liquidity Solutions, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Merchant Services & Cards solutions to approximately 750 multi-national corporate organisations and their subsidiary businesses. Responsibilities include:Managing complex client implementations end-to-end across the bank's range of cash management solutions.Working in partnership with clients to create and agree project delivery timelines, clear communication of project statuses, identification/mitigation of risks, and swift root cause analysis and resolution for issues.Providing a professional & tailored approach to meet the needs of all clients; utilising project management routines where necessary for larger scale deliverables.Managing conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders.Co-ordinating all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding.Keeping stakeholders updated on the progress of the onboarding, and highlighting any related issues/delays.Connecting with internal teams to manage onboarding; and influencing where necessary to ensure that strict timelines are met for clients.Completing relevant product & service setups within systems, logging all relevant documentation/emails within a central repository to demonstrate an audit trail.Core Skills required:At least 5 years in a similar role within Cash Management or within an equivalent field in a financial services organisation preferred.Prior experience in managing complex projects, with multiple deliverables and various internal/external stakeholders.Ability to interact with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels within an organisation.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling messaging.Excellent time management, planning, and organisation skills.Ability to understand client businesses, tailor your approach that encapsulates the needs of the client and the bank, and deliver outcomes with integrity.Able to organise time intelligently to create greater productivity and focus on value-add tasks.An analytical mind that enjoys solving complex problems through to resolutions.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing client needs effectively.The ability to influence people, drive key deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Desirable (not essential):Project management qualifications (i.e. PRINCE2, PMP).Prior experience gained within financial services or investment banking, ideally within a role that had exposure to onboarding/KYC of new clients and products.A broad understanding of cash and treasury management products.
