At Barden, we are pleased to partner with a very successful Irish business headquartered in Cork. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager (FP&A) to join their team. This position offers a broad range of responsibilities, with a strong focus on analysis, executive reporting and business partnering. You'll manage budgeting, forecasting, planning and provide essential financial support for decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring high energy, a positive attitude, and strong analytical skills. Regular interaction with senior leaders, including the CFO, makes this role perfect for someone who excels at turning financial data into actionable insights for the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE Manage the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.Analyse and explain variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts.Analyse and manage working capital requirements.Contribute to the establishment of a continuous improvement culture.Active finance business partnering within the wider business with a focus on profitability.Participate in company-wide projects as required.ABOUT THE PERSON Be a qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE.Highly numeric and analytical.Strong systems orientation, including advanced Excel skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Apply with your CV.
