Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to guide decision-making.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  CPA/ACA/ACCA qualification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years PQE.  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage).
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
