Your role will involve collaborating with the Account Manager and Senior Finance Manager in key decision-making processes and ensuring the financial integrity of the Lilly Ireland contract.In this position, you will build strong relationships with the senior operations team, complete annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts, and drive performance improvements.
Your expertise will be essential in delivering accurate financial results and supporting the operational teams to enhance profitability.
Join us at Sodexo to make a significant impact in the Corporate Services segment.What you'll do:• Act as the finance lead for the Lilly Ireland contract, supporting the Account Manager in financial decision-making.• Develop relationships with senior operations teams and provide insights into challenges and opportunities.• Complete the annual budgeting and forecasting process, challenging assumptions where necessary.• Review and analyse site performance, providing commentary prior to financial results declaration.• Ensure compliance with Group finance policies and procedures while maintaining a robust financial control environment.What you bring:• A degree or equivalent with an accounting qualification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance.• Proven experience in financial modelling and a process-oriented mindset.• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.• A proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.• Experience in an international or multicultural financial environment is desirable.What We OfferWorking with our company is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
