Finance Manager

Finance Manager My client is a growing Irish sme in West Dublin. Due to expansion, they are now seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to join their management team. As Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis processes, producing forecasts and budgets, and developing insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have business acumen and the ability to grow with the company and be a part of the management team.
Main duties: Produce forecasts, budgets and cash flow statementsOwnership of month end reporting packDeliver month end close, financial reporting and analysis processesWork with the MD in developing robust/realistic budgets, and the three-year Business planMaintain along with other functional departments, the weekly report, measuring the key performance indicators and analysis of the businessDevelop insightful reports to better understand profitability by customer and servicesCalculating and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators of the BusinessWork with MD on new projects and an input into systems within the business.The person: Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years' pqe.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Proven experience in producing forecasts, budgets and cash flow statements.Experience in delivering month end close, financial reporting and analysis processes.Commercially focused.Ability to develop insightful reports to aid decision making.Salary: €80k - €90k plus benefits. Hybrid working available.
