The Role We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to join our expanding Finance team in Dublin.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will work closely with finance teams in the UK, Portugal, and the Philippines.
You will play a critical role in managing our rapid growth, while ensuring robust internal controls and building SOX compliance.
Leveraging the latest advancements in technology and AI will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Drive key finance initiatives, including system integrations and automation projects.
Oversee a team of 2 or more, depending on experience.
Maintain oversight through ownership of the balance sheet review process.
Assist with group and local audits.
Support direct and indirect tax return processes.
Research and draft technical papers on accounting and taxation (as per experience).
Enhance and oversee the control environment.
Requirements Qualifications Mandatory Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), with at least 3 years in a relevant industry (technology/telecoms).
ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
Strong technical accounting expertise (IFRS) and a solid understanding of taxation principles.
Proven track record in leading and successfully delivering complex finance projects.
Experience in managing teams.
Proficient in building financial models.
Preferred Experience with NetSuite.
Familiarity with US GAAP.
Advanced knowledge of taxation, including US tax.
Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Enthusiastic about technology and automation, particularly in transforming finance functions through AI.
