Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (£50,000 - £60,000) On-site parking Health cash plan Generous pension scheme Genuine opportunities for career growth and advancement About You: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting Understanding of VAT regulations in both the UK and Ireland Experience managing payroll processes across the UK and Ireland About Your New Role: Always: Managing the financial operations, including overseeing management accounting and financial reporting Ensuring VAT compliance for both the UK and Ireland Leading budgeting and forecasting processes to aid strategic decision-making Often: Providing financial insights and strategic advice to enhance business performance Overseeing payroll processes for staff in the UK and Ireland Occasionally: Working with other departments to support financial projects and improve processes Collaborating with senior management to influence financial strategy and decisions Never: Feeling restricted in your role, as there are clear opportunities for advancement Missing out on a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes work-life balance Interested?
