Finance Manager, Construction and Property Development Client Profile Our client is a steadily growing business in the Property sector seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant into a broad role taking full ownership of the finance function.
Position Profile: Finance Manager This role is standalone and will be responsible for the production of monthly financial information and managing the ongoing day-to-day finances alongside their external Accountants. This role will work closely with the Directors of the business and take full responsibility for the entire Finance function. Some of the duties will include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts with commentary and analysisIssuing rent and service charge invoices and managing debtorsAccounts payableManagement of bank accountsBudgeting and forecastingYear-end activitiesReview and improve financial policies and proceduresTax and statutory complianceSales and KPI analysisMargin and profitability reportingCandidate Profile: Similar experience in an SMEStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work in a rapidly changing environmentInterested in this position?
