Job Introduction Job Title: Accounts AdministratorLocation: Lilly LimerickSalary: Up to 40,000 EurosAs an Accounts Administrator at Sodexo, you will be a crucial part of our Finance team, assisting in the preparation, production, and reporting of the unit's month-end accounts.
Your role will involve maintaining financial control procedures and managing all aspects of purchasing for the Facilities team, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines.In this position, you will support the GSM and Finance Manager while developing strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help us achieve our financial targets and deliver excellent service.
Join us at Sodexo and contribute to the success of our operations in the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sector.What you'll do:• Assist in the preparation and reporting of month-end accounts, maintaining compliance with financial control procedures.• Manage purchasing for the Facilities team, ensuring effective procurement processes.• Maintain auditable paperwork trails, including invoices, material orders, and timesheets.• Complete accountancy, payroll, and administration documentation within set timelines.• Work collaboratively with site teams to promote a "One Team" approach and meet operational requirements.What you bring:• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.• Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, with excellent communication skills across Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.• Good financial acumen and understanding of accounts functions in a service-oriented environment.• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.• Experience in accounts practices, such as Sales & Purchase Ledger and Credit Control, is desirable.What We OfferWorking with our company is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
