ABOUT THE ROLE Collaborating with the strategic senior leadership team to design and execute the annual strategy.Leading strategic financial management initiatives, overseeing P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and financial tracking of these initiatives.Establishing and managing a standalone financial operation in alignment with financial processes, operational practices, and governance frameworks.Engaging with and influencing key internal stakeholders regarding strategy, performance, and necessary interventions to support the agreed-upon plans.Maintaining regular communication and updates with senior leaders and business stakeholders.ABOUT THE PERSON Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.Exceptional planning and organizational skills.Proficient in strategic thinking.Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.Apply with your CV.
