Rippling has established operations in Ireland ("Rippling Ireland"). Rippling Ireland will be central in providing Payroll, Bill Pay, and related e-money products and services to customers in Ireland and abroad.

As Rippling expands into the international market through Rippling Ireland, we are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant with a focus on treasury operations. In this role, you will support critical accounting, financial and treasury processes.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Rippling's growth while ensuring effective financial and treasury operations in a regulated environment.
You must possess a wide range of accounting skills, be hands on, and possess demonstrable experience working in financial services firms.
What you will doSupport all accounting functions for Rippling Ireland, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP.Account for all money flows, including any users' funds that are required to be safeguarded in accordance with regulatory requirements.Help ensure that the business is maintaining an efficient use of resources.Contribute towards the growth of Rippling Ireland by supporting new initiatives and product launches.Engage in all financial processes and applicable internal controls.Have responsibility for the preparation of all appropriate company financial statements, as well as external audits.Support the Office of the Revenue Commissioners and regulatory returns.Maintain and update appropriate policies and procedures for the function.Work closely and provide support to key business stakeholders and senior stakeholders.What you will need3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally with treasury experience as well.Experience delivering reports to senior stakeholders is essential.Engages and communicates effectively with colleagues, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and other risk capital management practices.Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a complex global organisational environment.Ability to work with multiple deadlines under pressure.Startup mindset - comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.Even if you don't meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply.
