Financial Accountant

My client, a family owned Galway based organisation, are looking to hire a new Financial Accountant.
The successful candidate will report to the Group Financial Account and is a permanent role based on-site in Galway City.
Responsibilities Oversee one of the Group company's financial department Responsible for monthly general ledger processing and preparation of monthly accounts for the Group.
Calculation, posting and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments, ensuring that all items are accurately captured Preparation of balance sheet analysis and reconciliations including bank, accruals, prepayments, VAT.
Complete weekly cash-flow forecasts Assist in Monthly Corporate Submission, including month end results Assist the completion of the annual financial audit and any internal audits Oversee creditor reconciliations Requirements: Qualified Accountant with qualifications such as (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
